Simplicity 3688 - A wool skirt

I've sewn with wool before, but never made anything for myself with it. The fabric for this skirt has been waiting in my stash for a few years to be made into a suit. I absolutely did not have time to do it last year, so when fall blew in this year, I was determined.

I've used this pattern a few times before, so I knew it would fit perfectly. But, a plain a-line skirt? No. I just wasn't in that mood. So, I changed the shape towards the hemline so that it would flair out a little more.
